This website, caesarsalad.org was founded by Jed Mills in 2004 and the office is located in Marblehead, MA.

The original Hotel Caesar and Restaurant Caesar (since 1930) are still very much in operation in Tijuana, Mexico. They are located at 5th and Avenida De Revolucion, a short cab ride, or twenty minute walk, from the U.S. border. The original Caesar Cafe was a few blocks away from 1924 to 1930. This is where Cesar Cardini first served his famous salad. He moved up the street in 1930, where the Restaurant Caesar and Hotel Caesar have operated continuously from that date. 

The caesarsalad.org website is dedicated to providing information about the original Caesar Salad, the Restaurant Caesar in Tijuana, Mexico, and its creator, Caesar (originally Cesar) Cardini. We provide  history, legends, photos, and recipes for Caesar's and the Caesar Salad. There are also links to other Caesar Salad websites and other websites of interest.

You may even arrange, through this website, to take a course taught by Jorge Vargas, the Master Chef of The Caesar Salad at Restaurant Caesar, in Tijuana-- and receive your own certificate as Chef of The Caesar Salad,  or Master Chef of The Caesar Salad!
