Welcome to caesarsalad.org, the site dedicated to the original, world-famous Caesar's  Restaurant, home of the Caesar Salad.

You may see the original Caesar Salad recipe, as well as the Caesar Salad as it is served today at Caesar's Restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico. You may even arrange to take a course at Caesar's Restaurant and become a certified Chef of The Caesar Salad, or Master Chef of The Caesar Salad! Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate with gold seal. These classes are inexpensive and fun. The Chef of The Caesar Salad costs only $295 and is completed in a few hours. The Graduation Ceremony is followed by a delicious lunch in the restaurant, with the Caesar Salad you made! The Master Chef of The Caesar Salad covers everything from food storage to some barkeeper techniques, indluding how to make a Margarita in the true Mexican style. This is more of an all day class, and costs $450. It is followed by a full dinner and, of course, the Caesar Salad you made.

All payments for classes are made in the U.S.A. where caesarsalad.org is located and where I reside. The classes are presented in Caesar's Restaurant, on Avenida Revolution in Tijuana, where the salad has been prepared by Caesar starting (at this location) in 1930.
